The Perfect Belly-Friendly Smoothie | OLLY Probiotic

If you know anything about me, you know I love my NutriBullet. Ever since I got it last Christmas, I love to make all different kinds of smoothies. The past few months, I wasn't experimenting much because I was obsessed with this green smoothie (still am!), but I decided to switch it up recently when I found this new probiotic protein powder at Target and I'm loving it!

Healthy Buffalo Chicken Salad | 4 Weight Watchers SmartPoints!

As I've mentioned before, I've been trying to eat healthier and live a more healthy lifestyle (I'd be lying to say if I said I'd been successful, but I'm still trying lol) so I've been looking for delicious meals that are good for you. I've mentioned I've loosely followed Weight Watchers for a while now and this salad is perfect because it's so low in points and also really filling!

The BEST Green Smoothie | Peanut Butter Banana

Hi guys! Super excited to bring you another recipe post today :) I've started working out "more intensely" recently, so I was on the hunt for the perfect post-workout shake/smoothie. I wanted something substantial enough that I could use it as a breakfast replacement since I usually work out in the morning, but also tasty enough to actually look forward to drinking it. After a little bit of experimenting, I found this combo was my favorite!

Easy 3 Ingredient Slow Cooker Recipe | Healthy Mexican Chicken

Happy Sunday! Tonight, I'm bringing you my favorite recipe for the past month. My mom texted me this ridiculously easy recipe (since she knows I'm not the best cook :P) and I already had all the ingredients so I figured why not. I've been eating this non-stop for lunch and/or dinner for the past four weeks and even Ryan likes it, so I felt it has now become blog-worthy.

Slow Cooker Creamy Tortellini + Chicken Soup

If you live in the states, you know the northeast is currently being pounded by Winter Storm Jonas. I actually can't even see out my window right now! It's currently 4:30pm where I live and we already have 15.3 inches of snow (:O) and it's not stopping until at least 1am.

You're probably wondering why I'm telling you this (it's not for sympathy, I promise hehe.) When I heard the storm was coming I knew I wanted to whip up a slow cooker meal that was hearty, warm and made leftovers that would last a while. Queue my favorite tortellini soup!

Healthy + Low Carb Cauliflower Crust Pizza

It's officially time of year where you're trying really hard to be healthy and your successful for a week but then your cravings come back full force. Or is that just me?? I've been wanting to make cauliflower crust pizza for some time now, but I didn't have a food processor and I'm kind of lazy soooo I've been putting it off.

Luckily, I got the NutriBullet for Christmas so I knew it was finally time to try this out! This pizza is perfect to help satisfy your cravings, but still on the healthier side. Keep on reading to see how I made this soon-to-be-staple recipe!

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Let's start off with saying that anyone who knows me knows my favorite food is boneless buffalo wings (and quite frankly, buffalo-flavored anything.) When I was younger, I would go to Applebee's a few times a week and have boneless wings as a late night snack (God bless my teenage metabolism) and any time I go out to eat, if there's buffalo on the menu, I'm ordering it.

It seems as if the older you get the slower your metabolism gets. Needless to say, I can't be ordering buffalo wings on a weekly basis to satisfy cravings and expect to not gain weight. Queue my new favorite, Buffalo Cauliflower Bites.

Simple Chipotle Chicken Pasta

One thing I told myself I would do when I moved out is learn to cook. When I was commuting 2+ hours to and from work each day, I had no desire to cook anything for dinner when I got home so I'd normally settle with a PB&J or some leftovers from my family's dinner they ate earlier. Now that I have a beautiful 25 minute commute (yes, door to door!!!), I have more than enough time to cook a nice meal. Queue my Chipotle Chicken Pasta.

The PREFECT Breakfast Smoothie: Just 4 Ingredients!

I've always saaaid I wanted to try meal replacement shakes/juicing etc. but realistically that will never happen. I like the physical act of eating too much and they don't taste all that great. But one day when I was lost in a never-ending Pinterest binge, I found myself pinning a ton of smoothie recipes. Me being the "I'm going to become healthy when I move out" person that I am, decided I was going to craft a smoothie that was healthy, filling and actually yummy that I could take to work for breakfast everyday. Keep reading to find out how!

EASY Parmesan Zucchini Chips

Does anyone else have a severe salty tooth? Yes, salty. Forget the chocolate cake, cookies and brownies and give me chips, french fries and pretzels. I physically cannot eat a sandwich without a salty, crunchy side-kick. It's gotten so bad I've slowed down on eating sandwiches to avoid eating chips (dramatic? maybe but seriously the combo goes hand in hand!) I've been searching high and low for the perfect alternative and I think I have it: Zucchini Chips!
